Account Cancellation Agreement

This notice is issued by FUNCONNECT PTE. LTD. and you are required to read it in its entirety with due care and attention.Prior to processing the cancellation of your FunUp account, please note that once the account is cancelled, it will be permanently inaccessible and the cancellation action is irrevocable. Please make your decision with prudence. If you choose to proceed with the cancellation, you shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all the terms set forth below.

I. Cancellation Process​

1.Normal login: Go to My Page - Settings - Account Security - Account Cancellation, complete identity verification and submit the application.​

2.Unable to login: Contact customer service via funupservice@gmail.com with identity documents for assistance.​

3.We will review your application against the above conditions.​

4.Review result will be notified via your bound contact/email: Approved cancellation will be completed within 15 working days; rejected applications may be resubmitted after rectification.​

5.After cancellation, the account cannot access any FunUp services.​

II.Cancellation Prerequisites​

Your account must meet all the following conditions; otherwise, we may reject your application, and you shall bear all consequences:​

1.Account is normal, with no restrictions (e.g., freezing, suspension) or pending verification/appeal.​

2.Upon account cancellation, all your unused assets (including virtual gifts, account gold coins, diamond balances, virtual equipment and the like) and privilege resources (such as VIP status privileges and the like) on FunUp may be cleared and shall not be recoverable.

3.All transactions, orders, refunds and disputes are fully settled.​

4.All bound information (third-party accounts(e.g. Facebook Account), phone number, email, etc.) is unbound to avoid mistaken reactivation.​

5.You are the legal owner of the account (no lending, renting, selling), and shall bear all liabilities arising from the account after cancellation.​

III. Post-Cancellation Rights and Liabilities​

1.You permanently lose ownership and use of the account; all associated rights, assets and data are terminated and irrecoverable.​

2.We will desensitize, anonymize or delete your personal information per laws and our Privacy Policy, unless required by law.​

3.You bear all outstanding debts, disputes and liabilities related to the account (before and after cancellation); we are not liable for losses caused by your non-compliance or operational errors.​

4.The account and its data cannot be retrieved after cancellation.​

IV. Special Reminders​

1.Back up all important account information before cancellation; we will not restore any data afterward.​

2.We may reject your application if there are outstanding fees, debts or disputes.​

3.Logging in or modifying the account during review counts as withdrawing the application, requiring resubmission.​

4.Uncovered matters are governed by the FunUp Privacy Policy and relevant laws.​
