This Privacy Policy (the "Policy")is issued by FUNCONNECT PTE. LTD. (the "Company"), a Singapore-registered private limited company, developer and operator of FunUp. This Policy outlines how FunUp collects, protects and uses User Information, how users may manage their personal information, how FunUp safeguards the privacy rights of minors in connection with the use of FunUp, its websites and services (collectively, the "Services") and applications, as well as the updates to this Privacy Policy. Users are advised to read and understand the entire content of this Policy carefully, especially the content marked with prominent alerts for your special attention.
Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our Services.
I. What Information Do We Collect?
In providing the Services, FunUp may collect, store and use the following information:
1. Account Information
When you voluntarily register a FunUp account, upgrade paid services, set up identity verification or complete account information, we will collect the relevant information you proactively provide, including but not limited to contact address, phone number, email address, network identification information, etc. The aforementioned information will be uniquely associated with your FunUp account and used for account identity verification, service activation, password retrieval and compliance risk control. We will not collect or use your voluntarily registered information beyond such purposes.
To provide you with a more convenient login experience, we support logging into FunUp through third-party platform accounts such as Facebook and Google. When you choose to log in with a third-party account, we will not proactively obtain your third-party account information. Only after you explicitly click "Authorize Login" and voluntarily consent to the authorization, will we, in accordance with your authorization instructions and the open rules of the third-party platform, obtain only the minimum scope of information necessary to achieve "logging into FunUp and binding account identity", including the nickname, avatar and unique identifier of the third-party account (used to distinguish your account identity, excluding core information that can identify your real personal identity). The specific scope of information obtained shall be subject to the real-time display on the authorization page of third-party platforms such as Facebook and Google.
After account creation, you may independently choose whether to fill in information such as gender, date of birth and location. Such information is non-essential and only used to optimize your service experience. You may modify or delete such information at any time, and failure to fill in such information will not affect your use of FunUp's core Services.
2. Device Information
To ensure the stability and security of your use of FunUp's Services, troubleshoot device abnormalities and optimize product performance, we will collect relevant information about the devices you use to access FunUp's Services, strictly adhering to the principle of "data minimization" and collecting only the information necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, including but not limited to IP address, device hardware information (e.g., device model, processor information), basic system information (e.g., system version, operating system type), system settings, signal strength information, network type (e.g., WiFi, mobile data), browser type and version, and unique identifiers associated with the device (used for device identification, not for identifying real personal identity). The aforementioned information is only used for device risk control, fault troubleshooting and service optimization; it will not be used to identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, nor will such device information be shared with third parties (except as required by compliance).
3. Contact Information
To facilitate your experience of the Services provided by FunUp, we offer an optional "Access Contacts" permission, and you may independently choose whether to allow us to access your device contact list. If you choose to allow, we will only collect the mobile phone numbers and email addresses (if any) in your contact list to implement specific functions. Such contact information will be stored on FunUp's secure servers and can only be viewed and used by you personally. We will not use your contact information for other purposes nor disclose it to any third party. You may turn off this permission in your device settings at any time; after the permission is turned off, we will stop collecting new contact information and delete the collected contact information (or anonymize it).
4. User-Generated Content
When you choose to upload, publish and disseminate relevant content generated by you on the FunUp platform, we will collect such user-generated content to realize content display, sharing, interaction and compliance review, including but not limited to comments, pictures, photos, videos, voice messages, text updates, chat records, etc. published by you. You retain ownership of such content, and we only use it to display such content to you and other users, enable interactive communication between users (e.g., liking, commenting, forwarding) or conduct compliance review of the content, screen out non-compliant content (e.g., pornographic, violent, illegal information), maintain platform order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other users. You may delete or modify the user-generated content you publish at any time; after deletion, such content will no longer be displayed on the platform, and we will promptly delete the relevant original data (or anonymize it) to ensure your control over your own generated content.
5. Payment Information
If you choose to purchase FunUp's paid services (e.g., memberships, virtual props, etc.), we will collect your transaction-related information, such as transaction details and payment-related information. With respect to the payment method you select (e.g., credit card, third-party payment platform), we will not directly collect your sensitive payment information such as credit card number and password; relevant information shall be collected and processed by the third-party payment platform, and we will only obtain payment result confirmation information.
6. Fraud Prevention Information
To protect the security of your account, prevent fraudulent acts (e.g., account theft, fake transactions, malicious registration) and maintain the normal order of the FunUp platform, we will collect relevant fraud prevention information about you, including but not limited to device trust score, abnormal account login records, abnormal transaction records, abnormal IP address information, etc. Such information is only used for fraud identification and risk control to help us detect and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner, protect the security of your account and property; it will not be used for other purposes nor to identify your personal identity alone.
7. Usage Information
To provide you with higher-quality Services that meet your needs, continuously improve FunUp's product functions, optimize user experience and carry out product promotion in compliance with laws and regulations, we will collect relevant usage information generated during your use of the Services, including operation information, behavioral information and technical information. The aforementioned usage information will be anonymized and aggregated, and will not be used to identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information. It is only used for product optimization, personalized recommendations (which can be turned off), user behavior analysis and compliant promotion. We will not disclose your personal usage information to third parties (except as required by compliance and for anonymized aggregated data).
8. Location Information
To provide you with more targeted social services (e.g., friend matching, optimizing regional network services), we may collect your geographic location information only after you independently choose to allow us to access your device's location permission. You may turn off this permission in your device settings at any time; after closure, we will stop collecting your geographic location information. If you turn off device location, we will not be able to collect such information, and this will not affect your use of FunUp's core Services.
9. Government-issued ID Information
Pursuant to the requirements of the laws and regulations of certain jurisdictions, we may request you to provide government-issued identity documents (hereinafter referred to as "Government-issued ID Information") in specific and limited scenarios, including but not limited to: account setup or in response to the legitimate requirements of judicial authorities and regulatory agencies. We will collect your Government-issued ID Information only when explicitly required by laws and regulations or to achieve the aforementioned specific purposes, and the scope of collection strictly adheres to the principle of "minimum necessity", collecting only the information necessary to achieve compliance purposes without any extra collection beyond the scope. Such information will be used for compliance verification, stored on secure encrypted servers, with a storage period in line with the compliance requirements of the relevant jurisdictions. Upon completion of verification, the information will be promptly deleted or anonymized, and will not be used for other purposes nor disclosed to third parties (except as required by compliance). Meanwhile, we will not compulsorily require you to submit Government-issued ID Information for account verification (unless explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations).
10. Clipboard Information
To meet your needs for quickly copying and pasting content (e.g., text, links, etc.) during the use of FunUp's Services and improve user convenience, we may temporarily collect and retrieve relevant information in your clipboard when you perform copy and paste operations. Such information is only used to complete the current copy and paste operation and is for one-time temporary use. After the operation is completed, we will not store your clipboard information nor use it for any other purposes, so as to ensure the security of your clipboard information.
11. Device Application Information
To standardize the management of FunUp applications installed on your device, conduct security risk control and enhance your user experience, the third-party SDKs we access may collect relevant device application information. As the data controller, we will exercise strict supervision over the information collection behaviors of third-party SDKs. If an SDK is found to have engaged in illegal information collection, we will immediately terminate cooperation with it and take corrective measures. You may inquire about the detailed information of third-party SDKs through FunUp's official channels.
12. Other Information
In addition to the information listed above, you may independently decide whether to provide us with any other additional information (e.g., your feedback, suggestions, complaint content, etc.). For such other information you proactively provide, we will only use it for the purposes you explicitly inform us (e.g., handling feedback, optimizing Services), without any use beyond such purposes nor disclosure to third parties. You may request us to delete such additional information you proactively provide at any time.
Our collection and use of any of your information is subject to your express consent. You may withdraw your consent and turn off relevant permissions at any time. After the withdrawal of consent, we will stop collecting and using the relevant information, which will not affect your use of FunUp's core Services.
II. Through Which Channels Do We Collect Your Data?
We collect your information only through the following channels, all subject to your express consent, and we will not collect any personal information through illegal channels. The specific channels are as follows:
1. Voluntary Provision by You: Information you voluntarily submit in the course of using the Services, including contact address, phone number, email address, etc. provided during registration, payment and account completion, as well as additional information such as feedback and complaint content.
2. Obtained via Third-Party Account Authorization: When you choose to log in with third-party platform accounts such as Facebook and Google, we will obtain information in accordance with your authorization instructions and the open rules of the third-party platform after your manual confirmation of authorization.
3. Obtained in Connection with Device and Permissions: After you consent to and authorize device permissions, we collect relevant necessary information, including geographic location information collected after accessing the device's location permission and relevant information of the contact list collected after accessing the contact permission.
4. Automatically Collected During Service Usage: When you use FunUp's Services, the system automatically records relevant usage and risk control information, including operation records, browsing/search history, active duration, diagnostic data such as crashes/performance, etc.
5. Collected by Third Parties: Compliant third parties we access collect necessary information related to device applications with your consent for application management and security risk control.
6. Special Collection in Compliance Scenarios: Pursuant to the requirements of the laws and regulations of certain jurisdictions, we may request you to provide Government-issued ID Information in specific scenarios (e.g., account setup, compliance verification) (not compulsory unless explicitly stipulated by laws and regulations).
You may withdraw your consent and turn off relevant permissions for all collection channels; the withdrawal will not affect the use of core Services, and we will stop the collection and unnecessary use of relevant information.
III.How Do We Use Your Data?
FunUp collects your personal information to enable us to:
Provide you with the Services, such as verification, upgrade, synchronization and/or advertising services and support;
Conduct user authentication;
Perform account retrieval;
Serve archiving and backup purposes;
Enhance user information security and provide customer support;
Protect security and prevent fraud;
Provide specific or other functions of the software as requested by you;
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as conducting content monitoring of user-generated content (including comments, pictures, videos, etc.) to ensure that the content submitted by users does not contain any pornographic, infringing, hateful, violent or illegal content.
IV.How Do We Store and Protect Your Data?
1. We store your personal information securely in Singapore. We will strictly comply with the laws and regulations of relevant countries/regions regarding cross-border data transfer to ensure the legality and compliance of data storage and cross-border transfer.
2. The storage period of personal information shall be determined by the respective statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax retention periods). Upon the expiration of such period, the corresponding information will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of contracts and/or we no longer have any legitimate interest in further storage.
3. We adopt reasonable and effective technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal information during storage and prevent risks such as information leakage, tampering, loss and unauthorized access. Notwithstanding the aforementioned security measures we have adopted, due to the limitations of internet technology, there is no absolutely secure storage environment. In the event that your personal information is leaked due to reasons not attributable to us, such as force majeure, cyber attacks and malicious acts of third parties, we will make every effort to cooperate with you in taking remedial measures and bear corresponding liabilities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
V.The device licenses we may apply for
When providing services to you, we may need to apply for certain device permissions on the device to collect the above information and enable related functions. These permissions are not allowed by default and will only be activated through your explicit authorization to enable specific features or services. You can also withdraw your consent and deny these permissions. Especially, even if we have obtained the consent of these sensitive permissions in the past, we will not collect your information when relevant functions or services are not needed. Additionally, please note that we may use certain third-party SDKs to implement the security of our business operations and products. You can also use third-party developed H5 pages or mini programs, which may also apply to relevant operating system permissions when using our products.

VI.How Do We Share Your Information?
We strictly protect your information and will not disclose it at will. Your information will only be disclosed under the following circumstances, and we will take reasonable measures to protect your rights and interests:
• With Your Explicit Consent: Disclose your personal information to a third party designated by you with your voluntary consent (e.g., you agree to share your friend list with a third-party social platform);
• Disclosure to Third-Party Partners: Disclose information only to the third-party partners explicitly informed to you in this Policy, and only disclose the information necessary for the provision of Services, while exercising strict supervision over such third parties;
• Fulfillment of Statutory Obligations: Disclose your personal information as required by laws and regulations, judicial authorities or administrative organs (e.g., cooperating with court investigations, responding to compliance inspections by government regulatory authorities);
• Protection of Legitimate Rights and Interests: Disclose your personal information within a reasonable and necessary scope to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, us or other users (e.g., preventing fraud, combating illegal and irregular acts);
• Disclosure of Anonymized Information: Information that has been anonymized and cannot identify your personal identity may be disclosed to third parties or made public for the purposes of data analysis, market research, product optimization, etc. (such information does not constitute personal information and is not related to your privacy rights and interests);
• Corporate Mergers, Restructurings and Similar Events: In the event of corporate mergers, restructurings, bankruptcy, liquidation or other changes of us, your personal information may be transferred as part of the assets to the subject after the change. We will publish a notice in a prominent position on this product in advance to ensure that the subject after the change continues to comply with all terms of this Policy and protect the security of your personal information.
Special Commitment: We will not sell, lease, lend or disclose your personal information to any third party in any other illegal manner, unless with your explicit consent or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
VII.What Data Protection Rights Do You Have?

Right of Erasure: You have the right to request us to erase personal information relating to you immediately. Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing during the controller's verification if one of the applicable conditions is met (e.g., if you object to the processing).
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive personal information relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit such information to a third party, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
Right to Object: If personal information is collected for the purposes of legitimate interests, public interests or the exercise of official authority, you have the right to object to such processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will cease processing the personal information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Right to Lodge a Complaint and Appeal: If you believe that our information processing acts violate the provisions of laws and regulations or this Policy, or infringe upon your privacy rights and interests, you have the right to lodge a complaint and appeal with us, and also have the right to lodge a complaint with the privacy protection regulatory authority of your country/region. You may submit a complaint or appeal request to us through the contact information at the end of this Policy, and we will respond to your request, verify the facts and provide a handling result within 15 working days; if you are not satisfied with our handling result, you may further lodge a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
To protect the security of your rights and prevent others from exercising your rights in your name, you may be required to provide identity verification information (e.g., account information, mobile phone verification code, etc.) to us when exercising the above rights. We will strictly keep your identity verification information confidential and use it only for identity verification for the exercise of rights, and delete it immediately after the verification is completed. If you entrust a third party to exercise your rights on your behalf, you need to provide us with your power of attorney and the identity information of you and the agent, and we will assist the agent in exercising the relevant rights after verifying the authorization.
If laws and regulations stipulate other privacy rights for you, we will protect all your rights in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.

A Cookie is a text file placed on your computer that is used to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you use the FunUp Services, FunUp may automatically collect your information through cookies or similar technologies.
FunUp uses cookies and similar technologies in a variety of ways to improve your experience when using our Services, including:

• Understanding how you use the FunUp Services;
• Conducting relevant data statistics.
FunUp uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Functionality – FunUp uses these cookies or similar technologies to identify you and remember your previously selected preferences when you use the FunUp Services. These may include your preferred language and your location. We use a combination of first-party and third-party cookies or similar technologies.
Advertising – FunUp uses these cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your access to our Services, the content you view, the links you visit, as well as information about your device and your IP address. FunUp may share certain limited aspects of this information with third parties for advertising purposes from time to time. FunUp may also share online information collected through cookies or similar technologies with our advertising partners. This means that when you visit other websites, you may be shown advertisements based on your browsing patterns on our Services.
Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt out of personalized advertising on certain mobile applications in accordance with the instructions for Android, iOS and other mobile applications.
Please note that you must opt out separately on each browser and each device, and in some cases, certain functions of the FunUp Services may not operate as a result.
IX. Third-Party SDKs
In providing Services to users, FunUp also uses the following SDK technologies. When you view web pages created by third parties or use applications developed by third parties, such third parties may place their own Cookies or use other technical means. These Cookies or other technical means are not under our control, and their use is not subject to this Policy. To protect the security of your information to the greatest extent possible, we recommend that you review the privacy terms of any third-party SDK-related services before using them. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, if you find that such SDKs or other similar applications pose risks, we recommend that you immediately terminate the relevant operations and contact us in a timely manner.
To provide you with more Services, continuously optimize the stability of the Services we provide, improve service quality or upgrade relevant functions, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we access and update the SDK directory. We will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, and evaluate the legality, legitimacy and necessity of the collection of your personal information by third-party SDKs before accessing them to protect your personal information. You may view the data use and protection rules of third parties through the relevant links. Please note that the type of personal information processing by third-party SDKs may change due to version upgrades, policy adjustments and other reasons, and the official statements published by them shall prevail. X. Minor Privacy Policy
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' privacy and strictly comply with the provisions on the protection of minors' personal information in relevant laws and regulations such as COPPA, GDPR and APPI. We will not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from any person under the age of 18 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction) ("Minors"), nor intentionally allow such persons to use our Services. If you are a Minor, please do not send any information about yourself to FunUp, including your name, address, phone number or email address. If FunUp becomes aware that it has collected personal information of a Minor, FunUp will delete such information as soon as possible.
